Need assistance?

We're here to help you. On this page you can find step-by-step instructions for applying for the funding of teacher training. If you have any questions, you can always get in touch with us: training@ingeniousknowledge.com.

In addition, we have created a video to help you complete your Erasmus+ KA1 application. You can find it on our Youtube-Channel Ingenious Teacher Training: "Help for completing the application form".

ERASMUS+ supports schools with staff training. Teachers can participate in European training courses and learn relevant skills. The funding will cover travel expenses, food and lodging, and the course fee.

1

Step 1

If you have an Organisation ID skip ahead to Step 4. If you don’t have one or if you are unsure, go to this page for checking if your school is already registered:

https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/erasmus-esc/organisation-registration/screen/home

If you find your school, copy your Organisation ID and skip to Step 4.

If you find that your school doesn’t have one, continue with Step 2.

2

Step 2

In order to get an Organisation ID you will first need to create a personal account. Go to

https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/erasmus-esc/organisation-registration/screen/home.

Click on the button “Register My Organisation”.

On the sign in screen you’ll need to click on “Create an Account” and follow the instructions for creating a log in. You will get an email with a link for completing registration and creating a password.

3

Step 3

On the website https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/erasmus-esc/organisation-registration/screen/home you’ll need to click the button “Register My Organisation” again. This time log in with the email and password you registered in Step 2.

.

You will be taken to a registration form that consists of 4 parts:

Organisation data

Legal address

Organisation Contact Person

Authorised Users

All required fields have a red asterisk next to them. When you have filled in all the required data for your school, click on the “Register my organisation” button on the left (it becomes active when all required fields contain data) and you will immediately get an Organisation ID which you will need for the application in Step 4.

4

Step 4

Now you can create an application for funding for the training. Log into your EU webgate account at the following link:

https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/erasmus-applications/screen/home

There, under Field of Opportunity choose either School Education or Vocational Education and Training. In the page that opens up choose Staff Mobility (Either KA101 or KA 102 depending on the kind of school you are.”

This will open up an empty webform for you to fill out. Required fields are marked with red.

5

Step 5

Reserve your spot on the training course by going to the "courses" page. We will reserve a place for you free of charge, and you can confirm your participation on this website as soon as you get a positive reply from your National Agency.
